Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Traingame. By using Traingame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

About Traingame

Traingame is an online multiplayer train-route board game with account, guest play, match creation, matchmaking, replay, chat, friend, and invite features. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

Eligibility And Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Traingame. You are responsible for your account, guest session, password, and any activity under your session. Use accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may sign in with email and password or Google sign-in where available. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts or sessions that violate these terms or create risk for Traingame or other users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or abuse other users;
• submit unlawful, hateful, sexual, exploitative, or infringing content;
• cheat, exploit bugs, automate play unfairly, or disrupt matches;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or matches without authorization;
• interfere with service operation, rate limits, security controls, or network traffic;
• copy, scrape, or reverse engineer Traingame except where allowed by law;
• use Traingame for illegal activity or to violate another person's rights.

User Content

User content may include usernames, game chat, match names, problem reports, friend requests, invites, and other information you submit. You keep ownership of content you provide, but you grant Traingame a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, reproduce, modify, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you submit. We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or creates legal, safety, operational, or moderation risk.

Gameplay And Availability

Traingame is provided for entertainment. Matches, replays, rankings, scores, chat, invites, and guest-session history may be interrupted, lost, reset, moderated, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, preservation of any game state, or compatibility with every device or browser.

Third-Party Services

Traingame may integrate with third-party services such as Google sign-in, SendGrid email delivery, web analytics, hosting providers, and Discord links. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

Traingame, including its software, interface, artwork, branding, and other materials, is owned by its operators or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to Traingame except the limited right to use the service as provided.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using Traingame, you also agree to the data practices described there.

Disclaimers

Traingame is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traingame and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of Traingame.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Traingame and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using Traingame at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or used the service in a way that harms Traingame or others.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Traingame after changes means you accept the updated terms.
